Larsen's has become a staple for our family for the last decade or more. They're closed on Saturdays, which may be one of the reasons our family takes our Apple Hill trips on Sundays. They offer a good price on "C-grade" apples (great for baking and canning) which is huge plus for all the bakers in our family. They also offer a good variety of apples and pears as well as cider. They have an on-site bake shop with some really delicious treats. A particular new favorite of ours is their soft pumpkin cookies with penuche frosting . . . . soooo amazingly delicious. They're one of the older farms in Apple Hill, and they've converted one of their barns into a fun museum packed full of great antiques from the family and farm's history. It's definitely worth checking out. Across the street is a beautiful picnic area that also doubles as a great spot for photos. Our blog's cover photo, featuring trees in all their Autumn glory was taken in this picnic area.
