As we traveled throughout Apple Hill, we discovered funny signs almost everywhere we went. Enjoy this slideshow of some of the best (and keep checking the slideshow out for updates as we spend more time traveling through Apple Hill).

Farm #2 - Bill's Apples/Felice's Dolls (#35) After re-adjusting our plans due to the weather (since the next farm on our list was a berry-picking farm and the one after that was closed), we headed over to Bill's Apples/Felice's Dolls. From the first glimpse of this delightful spot, we were completely in love. The grounds are gorgeous - covered with beautifully-cultivated gardens of flowers. A variety of fun sculptures (many handmade, and for sale) and other crafts were sprinkled throughout the grounds. There was also a gift shop with a good variety of quality handmade items (most would be good for those who have country-style decor in their homes, but there were some items that would be appealing to others as well). The shop also featured a variety of jams, butters, and other delicious home made canned goods. We left with a jar of blueberry rhubarb jelly and another of local honey, and agreed that this would need to become a regular stop on future trips to Apple Hill. |
